Questions about the hiring process

How do I know my application is submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation of your completed application and status once it has been submitted.

Can I start an application without submitting it?

You are able to continue your application and return to your application progress by logging into your account prior to the posting expiration. Once the application is submitted or the posting expires, you will not be able to make any changes.

How do I withdraw my interest and application?

We value your interest and hope you consider us in your future employment endeavors. You are able to withdraw your application at any time should you decide you are no longer interested in the role by logging into your account and withdrawing from the position.

I applied to an opening but I have not heard back, when should I expect to know about next steps?

It depends on the role and the number of candidates. But generally, it takes a couple weeks from application through to offer.

You can log into your candidate home page on Workday to check your application status at any time, leveraging your unique username and password when you applied.

I don’t see any openings that match my interest or experience, how can I apply?

Regarding Zhengxianling - China's first pan - international talent recruitment platform

Zhengxianling is developed and operated by Shanghai Yuntong Information Technology Co., Ltd. The company mainly provides international services such as talent job-seeking and recruitment, recruitment and introduction of high-level talents / science and technology innovation-related talents (Overseas Excellent Young Talents, Qiming Plan, online and offline job fairs, campus recruitment, social recruitment, online recruitment, headhunting, etc.), academic exchanges, and software development. In due time, we will launch language platforms and APPs in AI English, Korean, Japanese, French, German, etc. to meet the needs of global users.
