中国留德学者计算机学会(GCI)拟于2025年10月25至26日在德国海德堡举办2025年“大模型和智能体”(Large ModelandAgent)为主题的交流年会暨第七届中德智能机器人论坛。年会上中德科学家、企业高管和专家将深入探讨机器人、人工智能生成、通用人工智能、计算机视觉、脑机接口和自动驾驶等相关的技术领域进展和趋势。会议组委会热忱邀请广大留德专家学者、企业界人士、在校学生及各界朋友踊跃投稿积极报名参加。
会议形式：
目前年会以混合形式，线下(海德堡)为主，同时支持线上(腾讯会议、网络直播)。
投稿
本次年会接受中德学者的报告投稿。报告者需提交一份1-2页的扩展摘要。被选中稿件的作者会受组委会邀请参会报告。报告摘要应使用中文或英文书写。摘要将在会议录形式及在学会公众号技术专栏上发表。被选中的优秀稿件扩展后有可能被推荐到知名的国际期刊发表。请投稿者于8月31日前把论文或摘要以微软WordDOC的形式电邮给朱喜斌博士：annual_conference@gci-online.de。(友情提示):按往年经验，申请报告人数会高于最终年会提供的报告位置，请您尽早(8月31日之前)发送报告摘要。报告人最终的选择由学会理事会决定。

报告接受并发邀请通知时间：2025年9月15日。
报告内容：
报告主题包括但不限于大模型、智能体、人工智能生成、通用人工智能、计算机视觉、脑机接口和自动驾驶等计算机科学领域的最新研究成果和方向，要求主题突出、内容层次分明、数据准确、论述严谨、结论明确，严禁抄袭。报告的语言是中文或英语。一般报告的时间为：特邀报告30分钟，正常报告20分钟(一般为15分钟报告，5分钟提问)。报告的投影片可用中文或英文书写。推荐使用微软PowerPoint。会议将提供视频投影仪。
参会报名截止时间，方式及注意事项：
无报告亦可报名参会，报名从即日起到2025年10月15日报满为止。因受场地影响，如您计划线下参会，请尽早报名，9月1日前报名优先确认住宿信息。最终线下活动参会者由组委会讨论决定，并统一邀请(请报名时留正确的邮箱地址，方便联系)。

根据中国留德学者计算机学会相关规定，本次会议给报告人补助10月25日晚的双人间一个床位(43欧)。早餐费(17欧)、单人间差价(43欧)和24日晚住宿费(86欧)自理。对于没有公车和不能报销路费的报告者补助2等座火车车票或每公里0.30欧元的汽油费，距离400公里以内的补助不能超过70欧，距离400公里以上的补助不能超过150欧。
对于计算机学会会员的补助*：

关于海德堡：

About Zhengxianling - China's First Pan - International Talent Recruitment Platform
