INTA offers Corporate and Associate registrants of the 2026 Annual Meeting complimentary registrations if the following has been satisfied:
·Corporate Registrations: For every three (3) full-price 2026 Annual Meeting registrations purchasedwithin the same umbrella organization, receive one (1) free 2026 Annual Meeting registration.
·Associate Registrations: For every six (6) full-price 2026 Annual Meeting registrations purchasedwithin the same umbrella organization, receive one (1) free 2026 Annual Meeting registration.
·Limitations:Only paid 2026 Annual Meeting Registrations will count toward the Bulk Discount pricing calculations outlined above. Calculations depend on organizations being properly related so that the registration system can offer earned complimentary registrations.
·Exclusions: Registration prices that arenoteligible for Bulk Discount pricing include Emeritus Members, Government Members/Non-Members, Nonprofit Members/Non-Members, University Members, Professor Members, Student Members/Student Bridging Members, and any complimentary registration other than those provided by the bulk discount pricing calculations.

Bulk discount will be applied once general registration opens in January 2026. If you are eligible for a free registration based on the number of registrations you purchased during the pre-sale, you will receive a refund for that free registration.

Refunds
To request a refund for the Annual Meeting, submit yourRefund Request FormtoINTA Member Operationsstating in detail the reason for the refund request and including copies of relevant supporting documents for the request.
Full refunds for the registration fee and VAT paid, minus an administration fee of US ￥250, will be issued for refunds requestedby Friday, April 3, 2026, 11:59 pm (U.S. Eastern Time).This includes registrations made during the Pre-Sale and Flash Sale events.
A refund of 75 percent of the registration fee and 75 percent of the VAT paid, minus a US ￥250 administration fee, will be issued for refunds requestedbetween Saturday, April 4, 2026, and Friday, April 17, 2026, 11:59 pm (U.S. Eastern Time).
No refunds of registration fees or VAT will be given beyond Saturday, April 18, 2026, 12:00 am (U.S. Eastern Time).
Substitutions
Your base registration for the 2026 Annual Meeting is transferable to another person affiliated with your umbrella member organization.Add-on business development activities for the Annual Meeting are transferable to any other person registered for the 2026 Annual Meeting.
To facilitate the registration substitution process, please submit yourSubstitution Request FormtoINTA Member Operations, stating in detail the reason for the substitution and the person attending in your place. If you would like to transfer your add-on business development activity to another person, please contactINTA Member Operations.
All substitution requests must be submitted byWednesday, April 29, 2026, 11:59 pm (U.S. Eastern Time).
UNITED KINGDOM VAT INFORMATION AND RECOVERY
Registrants from organizations that are VAT-registered in the United Kingdom will not be charged VAT if a valid VAT registration number is provided by June 30, 2025. Otherwise, VAT charges will apply.
All other registrants will be charged VAT, which may be recoverable through the HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) authorities. For details on the VAT recovery process,visit the HMRC. Please note that VAT recovery approval is subject to the HMRC’s decisions, over which INTA has no control.

INTA has negotiated discounted rates at all hotels in our official block from April 29 to May 9, 2026 (three days before and three days after the official dates of the 2026 Annual Meeting, based on availability).Our official housing provider is bnetwork.
You must register for the Annual Meeting before reserving your hotel room within INTA’s block of discounted rooms. If you cancel your registration, your hotel reservation will also be canceled. The Annual Meeting rate is limited to one room per registrant. Once you complete the meeting registration, you will receive a link to the hotel booking system in your confirmation email, or you can log into the registration portal at any time after you register to book a room (based on availability).
