In the current uncertain international landscape, marked by fluctuations in US-China relations, changes in tariff policies, rapid advancements in AI technology, and the reshaping of the global economic order, human resources management in US-invested and other foreign enterprises is navigating an unprecedentedly complex environment.
挑战显而易见：地缘政治风险影响全球人才布局，贸易壁垒增加用工成本，人工智能加速颠覆传统岗位，而经济下行压力迫使企业重构人力资源体系。与此同时，机遇也应运而生——AI与数字化工具提升人才管理效率，灵活用工模式降低运营风险，全球化视角赋能企业更高效地调配国际人才资源。
The challenges are evident: geopolitical risks disrupt global talent deployment, trade barriers increase labor costs, AI accelerates the displacement of traditional roles, and economic downturns compel businesses to optimize their human resources (HR) structures. At the same time, opportunities are emerging - AI and digital tools are enhancing the efficiency of talent management, flexible employment models are helping to mitigate operational risks, and a globalized perspective is enabling companies to allocate international talent resources with greater efficiency.
