二、核心任职要求

学历与经历:取得博士学位,具备海外连续三年以上工作或创业经验,可提供有效证明文件(如工作签证、劳动合同、创业备案材料等)。

背景优先:QS 世界百强高校毕业者优先;曾在世界 500 强企业

担任研发负责人、高管等核心岗位者优先。

成果优先:在 NatureScience 等国际知名学术期刊发表过研究成果,或拥有重大科研突破、核心技术专利、创业成功案例等人才优先。

We sincerely invite top overseas talents to apply for national-level talent programs!

Shanghai Yuntong Information Technology Co., Ltd. [Zhengxianling Chinas First Pan-International Talent Recruitment Platform], based on the global talent competition landscape and focusing on the development needs of Double First-Class (initiative) universities and key enterprises, has launched a large-scale national-level high-level talent recruitment initiative. We are globally recruiting high-level talents such as doctors, postdoctoral fellows, and academicians, building a bridge for various talents to connect with high-quality development platforms for returning to China, coming to China, and pursuing global opportunities, and helping talents realize their academic aspirations and professional values.

I. Recruitment Positions and Quotas

This initiative plans to recruit more than 1,000 talents for each type of high-level position, including:

Haiwaiyouqing (Overseas Outstanding Young Talents): Overseas Chinese are preferred (for universities)

Qimingjihua (Qiming Program): Overseas Chinese or foreigners are eligible (for enterprises)

Huojujihua (Torch Program): Overseas Chinese are preferred (for research institutes)

Changchengjihua (Great Wall Program): Overseas Chinese are preferred (for state-owned enterprises)

Ruijingjihua (Ruijing Program): Overseas Chinese are preferred (for the financial sector)

Provincial-Level Standardization Special Talents: Overseas Chinese are preferred (for enterprises)

In addition, we are also recruiting a large number of talents with bachelors, masters, and doctoral degrees in various professional fields worldwide to register on the Zhengxianling platform.

II. Core Job Requirements

Education and Experience: Hold a doctoral degree, with at least 3 consecutive years of overseas work or entrepreneurship experience, and be able to provide valid supporting documents (e.g., work visa, labor contract, entrepreneurship registration materials, etc.).

Preferred Background: Graduates from QS Top 100 universities are preferred; those who have held core positions such as R&D directors or senior executives in Fortune 500 companies are preferred.

Preferred Achievements: Talents who have published research results in internationally renowned academic journals such as Nature and Science, or have made major scientific research breakthroughs, hold core technology patents, or have successful entrepreneurship cases are preferred.

III. Position Matching Directions

University Channel: Eligible talents will be recommended to Double First-Class (initiative) universities in various provinces across China, matching positions such as teaching and research roles and discipline leaders, to help build top-tier academic teams.

Enterprise Channel: Focus on matching talents with high-quality enterprises in economically developed provinces such as Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Guangdong, covering multiple cutting-edge fields including intelligent manufacturing, biomedicine, artificial intelligence, new materials, and new energy, and matching core positions such as technology R&D and strategic management.

IV. Salary and Talent Benefits

Basic Guarantee: Employers offer highly competitive salary packages in the industry, including basic salary, performance bonuses, Research Start-up Fund (for university positions), and Equity Incentives (for enterprise positions).

Policy Benefits: Talents who successfully obtain recognition through relevant talent programs can enjoy a series of additional talent preferential policies at the national and local levels, including housing subsidies, settlement allowances, childrens education support, medical security, household registration (hukou) settlement, and research funding support (specific policies shall be implemented in accordance with talent levels and local standards).
