अकादमी की भूमिका
1975 में राष्ट्रपति द्वारा नियुक्त एक समिति द्वारा तैयार किया गया और परिषद में राष्ट्रपति द्वारा अनुमोदित किया गया।
विज्ञान आज मानव जाति की सबसे क्रांतिकारी सहकारी गतिविधि के रूप में उभरा है। वैज्ञानिक पद्धति में एक वैधता और सार्वभौमिकता निहित है जो मनुष्य द्वारा तैयार किए गए किसी भी अन्य सिद्धांत से परे है। विज्ञान सांप्रदायिक, राष्ट्रीय और वैचारिक सीमाओं से परे खोजता और खोजता है। यह सहयोग को बढ़ावा देता है और एक मूल्य प्रणाली उत्पन्न करता है जो मनुष्य की उच्चतम क्षमताओं और आकांक्षाओं का पोषण करता है।
नोबेल पुरस्कार विजेता प्रोफेसर सीवी रमन द्वारा 1934 में स्थापित भारतीय विज्ञान अकादमी, शुद्ध और व्यावहारिक दोनों शाखाओं में प्रगति को बढ़ावा देने और विज्ञान के कारण को बनाए रखने के लिए हर तरह से प्रयास करती है। अकादमी ने बैठकों, चर्चाओं, सेमिनारों, संगोष्ठियों और प्रकाशनों के आयोजन की अपनी गतिविधियों के माध्यम से मूल अनुसंधान को बढ़ावा देने और समुदाय को वैज्ञानिक ज्ञान का प्रसार करने के लिए व्यक्तिगत और सामूहिक रूप से अपने सभी अध्येताओं पर जिम्मेदारी रखी है। अकादमी शिक्षा की प्रक्रिया के साथ वैज्ञानिक रचनात्मक गतिविधि के विशेष संबंध को पहचानती है और मानती है कि खोज के पाठ्यक्रम में युवाओं के बीच वैज्ञानिक प्रतिभा की पहचान और पोषण शामिल है। विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी द्वारा राष्ट्रीय उत्थान में किए जा सकने वाले मूलभूत योगदान से अवगत, अकादमी का मानना है कि सभी वैज्ञानिक प्रयासों, व्यक्तिगत या कॉर्पोरेट के लिए सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी का सिद्धांत पूरी तरह से व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता के अनुरूप है और ज्ञान और सत्य की खोज को किसी भी हठधर्मिता के साथ सामंजस्य नहीं किया जा सकता है।
समय की जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए, अकादमी की परिषद ने अकादमी के उद्देश्यों को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए उठाए जाने वाले कदमों पर सावधानीपूर्वक विचार किया है। वैज्ञानिक ज्ञान में भारी और निरंतर वृद्धि और मानव गतिविधि के प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में वस्तुतः इस ज्ञान के अनुप्रयोग को संज्ञान में लेते हुए, और भारत के भीतर वैज्ञानिक गतिविधियों की वृद्धि और विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में काम करने वाले वैज्ञानिक संस्थानों और वैज्ञानिकों की संख्या पर विचार करते हुए, परिषद ने पहले कदम के रूप में, फैलोशिप का विस्तार किया है, ताकि अकादमी के भीतर अपने कॉर्पोरेट निकाय में भारतीय वैज्ञानिक समुदाय का पूर्ण प्रतिनिधित्व हो। कि अकादमी के उद्देश्यों और दायित्वों को अधिक प्रभावी ढंग से पूरा किया जा सकता है। प्रस्तावित अन्य कदमों का उद्देश्य है:
यह सुनिश्चित करना कि विज्ञान की सभी शाखाओं की अकादमी में पूर्ण प्रतिनिधित्व है, मौलिक और लागू;
फैलोशिप के चुनाव के माध्यम से, उत्कृष्ट युवा वैज्ञानिकों को अकादमी के दायरे में लाने पर विशेष जोर देना;
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भारतीय वैज्ञानिकों को प्रकाशन के अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली पत्रिकाओं को बढ़ावा देना;
वैज्ञानिकों के बीच वैज्ञानिक ज्ञान के आदान-प्रदान के साधन प्रदान करने और पूरे वैज्ञानिक समुदाय के ध्यान में नए ज्ञान को लाने के लिए संगोष्ठी और सेमिनार आयोजित करना और इसी तरह की अन्य गतिविधियों को प्रोत्साहित करना;
आगे पहचानना, और विशेष पुरस्कारों की संस्था द्वारा विज्ञान के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में उत्कृष्टता का सम्मान करना (पदक, व्याख्यान, आदि के रूप में);
युवा वैज्ञानिकों को छात्रवृत्ति और फैलोशिप प्रदान करके विशेष प्रोत्साहन देना ताकि वे अपनी विशेष रुचियों को आगे बढ़ा सकें;
विशेष पीठों और प्रोफेसरशिप की संस्था के माध्यम से विज्ञान में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समझ को बढ़ावा देना, जो विदेशों के वैज्ञानिकों को विशिष्ट अवधि के लिए भारत का दौरा करने की अनुमति देगा और भारतीय वैज्ञानिकों को अन्य देशों की यात्रा के लिए यात्रा के साधन प्रदान करेगा;
विशिष्ट क्षेत्रों में एकीकृत अध्ययन करना जहां समन्वित वैज्ञानिक गतिविधियों की उपेक्षा की जाती है।
अकादमी पुष्टि करती है कि विज्ञान के लिए सही स्थान और जो लोग इसे सख्ती से खेती करते हैं, उन्हें समाज में मुख्य रूप से निष्पक्षता, अखंडता और हठधर्मिता से स्वतंत्रता के सिद्धांतों के प्रति उनकी भक्ति के माध्यम से आश्वासन दिया जा सकता है, बजाय मान्यता की किसी औपचारिक प्रक्रिया के। राष्ट्रीय उत्थान में अकादमी की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका से बेपरवाह नहीं, अकादमी इस विश्वास का पालन करती है कि इस आदर्श को सभी आधिकारिक, राज्य या संगठन से संबंधित चैनलों से अकादमी की स्वतंत्रता को संरक्षित करके सबसे अच्छा काम किया जाएगा।
ऐसी स्थिति में जहां जीवन के लगभग हर पहलू को पुनर्जीवित करने की आवश्यकता है, वैज्ञानिक स्वभाव के पोषण के लिए एक स्पष्ट परिप्रेक्ष्य बनाए रखना अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। पूर्वाग्रहों, नियमों और नौकरशाही की औपचारिकताओं से घिरे देश में, यह सबसे बड़ा मूल्य है कि काम करने वाले वैज्ञानिक, विशेष रूप से अकादमी के अध्येता, व्यक्तिगत और सामूहिक उदाहरण के द्वारा, मिसाल के बजाय कार्य और प्रासंगिकता के तर्कसंगत विचार के सिद्धांत को बढ़ावा देते हैं। रचनात्मक अर्थों में सभी स्तरों पर वैज्ञानिक आलोचना के कठोर मानकों को लागू करके, अकादमी का मानना है कि वैज्ञानिक समुदाय का न केवल भारत में विज्ञान के विकास के लिए बल्कि राष्ट्रीय चरित्र के लिए भी एक अद्वितीय योगदान है।
सलाहकार परिषद
अकादमी के मामलों और संपत्ति को 20 की एक परिषद द्वारा प्रशासित किया जाता है, जिसमें एक अध्यक्ष, चार उपाध्यक्ष, एक कोषाध्यक्ष, दो सचिव और बारह अन्य सदस्य होते हैं। परिषद, तीन साल की अवधि के साथ, अध्येताओं द्वारा तीन साल में चुनी जाती है।

Zhengxianling is developed and operated by Shanghai Yuntong Information Technology Co., Ltd.
